Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cuspulse platform, interfaces, API, or services, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
Platform Purpose
Cuspulse provides next-generation AI business intelligence, high-speed QR and link-based feedback collection, customer retention insights, automated notification triggers, reputation management support, and advanced analytical dashboard engines to help businesses understand, improve, and secure customer satisfaction.
User Responsibilities
In connection with your access to and use of the platform, you agree not to:
- Use Cuspulse for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
- Upload, submit, or transmit harmful, malware-infected, misleading, copyright-infringing, or highly defamatory content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our system servers, networks, code repositories, database nodes, or user accounts.
Note: Businesses are solely and exclusively responsible for how they utilize customer feedback, notifications, and analytics insights generated by the platform, including any direct engagement or customer outreach.
Anonymous Feedback
Users and businesses acknowledge and agree that customer feedback submitted through Cuspulse is structured to support anonymity and is opinion-based in nature. Cuspulse acts as a data processor and software provider, and does not independently check, verify, filter, or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or authenticity of any submitted ratings or feedback.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, proprietary technologies, user interface designs, logos, branding elements, software, database structures, algorithms, codebases, and website assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cuspulse, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of Cuspulse without our prior written authorization.
Service Availability
We work continuously to maintain highly reliable platform service and uptime. However, Cuspulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that access to the platform will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from scheduled maintenance downs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Cuspulse, its directors, developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, customer churn, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior warning, to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your access to the Cuspulse platform if we discover a violation of these Terms, unlawful platform use, or activities that compromise platform security or damage our users.
Global Compliance
Users and businesses are individually responsible for ensuring that their deployment and use of Cuspulse—including customer messaging, QR codes, and review collection operations—fully complies with all regional, state, and local laws, privacy regulations, consumer protection rules, and marketing laws applicable within their specific jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be posted here. Your continued use of the platform after updates are made constitutes full acceptance and binding agreement to the revised Terms.
